Mark Garrett is a Partner at Eighteen Ninety Partners.
Mark also serves on the Board of Directors as Executive Chairman of Moors & Cabot (an Eighteen Ninety Partners' owned company). Mark brings to bear a broad range of operating and leadership experience, including strategy development and execution, financial management best practices, sales management and business development. Prior to his involvement with Eighteen Ninety and Moors & Cabot, Mark worked in a variety of capacities at Accenture, LLC. In his role at Accenture, Mark managed teams delivering operational efficiencies to Fortune 500 clients, including merger synergy management and analysis of acquisition and divestiture opportunities.
Mark's experience spans privately-held and pre-and post IPO start-ups, Fortune 500 companies and family held enterprises.
Mark is a member of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), a Trustee for CED (Committee for Economic Development) and is a member of the PCG Committee for SIFMA. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Michael Hildreth is a Partner at Eighteen Ninety Partners.
Mike is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors of Moors & Cabot (an Eighteen Ninety Partners' owned company).
Mike brings over 25 years of compliance, financial and leadership experience to Moors & Cabot. Prior to his involvement with Moors & Cabot, Mike worked in a variety of managerial and other capacities within the financial services industry. Mike holds the Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional designation conferred by the FINRA Institute at Wharton, University of Pennsylvania. He is a 2021 graduate of the SIFMA /Wharton Securities Industry Institute and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Anna Maria College. Mike is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals, Treasurers Club of Boston, Financial Executives International and serves as a Neutral Arbitrator with FINRA Dispute Resolution.
Mike was recognized by the Boston Business Journal as it’s 2019 CFO of the Year for private mid-sized companies.

Skip is also the Managing Partner of Gemini Enterprises, LLP and the CEO of Venture Management Group. Skip Hauser is a successful Entrepreneur, Investor and Business Owner. Skip began his career with GE. Over the past 35 years, Skip has invested in, owned, launched and helped create profitable platforms for over 83 organizations. Skip is a graduate of Grove City College and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Mechanical Engineering.
